I started a new project this week. Let’s call it Beryl. It was in preparation for the last few weeks, but on Monday it kicked into full gear. The first days have been a little overwhelming. New industry, new environment, new people, new processes, new everything… but I have a good feeling about it.
On Wednesday I attended the City Science Summit at the Hafen City University. I hoped to gain a little more insight into the field of city planning. But with the two workshops I attended, I didn’t really learn much in that regard. Nevertheless, it was interesting to see how a conference and workshops are done in an academic environment, which is something – having never studied – I’m not really familiar with.
That’s all for this week. There’s so much in my head, but it’s too fuzzy to put it down in writing. Maybe next time.
