Marie Antoinette.

The new movie by Sofia Coppola ‘Marie Antoinette’ will be screened at the Cannes filmfestival for the first time next month. I am really excited for this one as the trailer already seemed quite promising to me. I expect it to be like ‘Barry Lyndon’ by Stanley Kubrick (or at least i hope it) which i just saw recently and think is an extraordinary movie. I was told that the whole movie was shot without any extra lightning. The color and saturation is so great and it reminded me a lot of the style of Sofia Coppola’s movies. I’m sure ‘Barry Lyndon’ was an inspiration for her filming ‘Marie Antoinette’.
